Chloe Cheng, Chief Financial Officer Chloe Cheng is the Chief Financial Officer at Otro Capital.

Prior to joining Otro, Chloe was a Vice President at the Carlyle Group within Private Credit Fund Management, where she was responsible for overseeing various aspects of fund management, including investor and firm reporting, deal execution, tax structuring, new product launches and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Chloe held diverse roles in finance, accounting, compliance and investor services at Atalaya Capital Management, Blackstone and Goldman Sachs, managing both private equity and real estate funds. Chloe began her career at Ernst & Young and KPMG, where she focused on managing audits for private equity and hedge funds.

Chloe holds an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a Certified Public Accountant.
